Sweet and Sour Crockpot Ribs

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of flour

1/3 cup of water

1/2 cup of vinegar

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1/4 cup of ketchup

1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

3 pounds of pork spareribs.

Direction:

To prepare the ribs, first combine flour and brown sugar in a saucepan. Afterwards, add water, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder. Cook and stir the mixture on medium heat until it boils and thickens. Then, place the ribs in a crockpot, spooning the sauce over each layer. Cover the crockpot and cook the ribs on low heat for 10-12 hours or on high heat for 5-6 hours, until the meat is very tender. Finally, savor the delicious meal!
