❣Creamy lime and white chocolate❣

250g lime juice
250g white chocolate
85g cornstarch
300g milk
350g full cream
120g mascarpone
60g of sugar
zest of 5 limes
Heat together the zest of the 5 limes, the milk, the lime juice, the liquid cream, the white chocolate, the sugar and mix until the white chocolate is completely dissolved
Add the cornstarch, heat over medium heat, mix until the preparation is thick like a pastry cream
Off the heat, add the mascarpone, mix well
Pour the mixture into a mold
Leave to cool overnight
